Easy Wild Blueberry Jam— Three Ways

We’re full steam ahead on Chef Dany Duguay’s breakfast bake-off train! This time, she brings us three different variations of the 2 minute jam! Using a two ingredient-two minute jam as the base, these mini recipes put a flavourful twist on your favourite morning spread. 

Ingredients: 

BASE:
— 1 bottle Superfruit Purée 
— 3 Tbsps Chia Seeds 


For Vanilla Lime: 

— Zest and juice of 1 lime 
— 1 tsp vanilla
— Pinch of salt 

For Pumpkin Spice: 

— 1 tsp ground cinnamon
— 1/2 tsp ground ginger 
— Pinch of both nutmeg and allspice 

For Cherry: 

— 1 cup frozen cherries 
— 1/2 tsp almond extract 

Directions: 

Place puree and chosen flavours in a medium sauce pot over medium heat and whisk to combine. Bring to a low boil stirring occasionally. Add chia seeds and continue to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Keeps up to 2 weeks stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Impress everyone with your delicious home-made jams!
