Grazing Board with Superfruit Dip

Chef Dany Duguay has done a lovely series of delicious recipes for us this month. This grazing board is great, whether you’re hosting a brunch, packing your kids lunch or looking for a breakfast that’s easy, but extra. A grazing board with lots of fruit, nuts and any other goodies you love, served up with a delicious 2 minute Superfruit Dip can fix almost any food craving.

Ingredients: 

Any of your favourite Fruits
Dried fruits 
Nuts 
Candies or chocolates 
Mint for garnish (optional) 

Arrange fruits on board (or if packing, place in to containers), serve with Superfruit Dip, recipe below. Recommended to serve within 12 hours of arranging, and toss any fruits that my turn brown. You can keep certain fruits from oxidizing (ie apples, pears, bananas) with a little lemon juice!

Dip:

Dip serves 8-12 

2/3 cup Superfruit Purée 
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt 
1 cup fresh whipped cream or whipped topping 

In a large bowl whisk together puree and yogurt, gently fold in whipped cream or topping and refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps up to 2 days.
