ANJU PAUL

 

Anju serves as the Quality Control and Food Safety Manager and Head of the Quality

Department, overseeing the company’s entire quality and food safety operations. Her

vast knowledge and exceptional attention to detail ensure that every product

manufactured in our facility meets the highest standards of quality control—comparable

to those of leading food processing facilities worldwide.

She brings extensive experience with globally recognized food safety and quality

systems, including BRC, SQF, FSEP, QMP, and ISO 9000, along with proven expertise

in team training, supervision, and continuous improvement. Anju holds a Master of

Science (M.Sc.) in Microbiology and Biotechnology and has over seven years of

industry experience, including two years in India and five years in Canada, across a

wide range of food manufacturing environments.

Anju began her career as a Laboratory Technician, progressing through roles as

Quality Controller and Quality Assurance professional. Her passion for food and

food production has always driven her career path, motivating her to explore and excel

in every aspect of quality and food safety.

Ambitious, highly detail-oriented, and driven by exceptionally high standards, Anju’s

dedication to the food industry makes her an integral part of our management team. In

her leadership role, she manages all aspects of our Quality Control and Food Safety

programs, ensuring that the products we deliver to global consumers consistently meet

the highest standards.

One of Anju’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect with people from diverse

cultures and backgrounds. This inclusive approach supports Healthy Berries’ growth by
