Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
The reign of smoothies continues with this excellent new recipe from Bacon & Baileys. This time, with a focus on kefir, rather than regular yogurt. As always, there’s a lot of creativity with what toppings you can add to make your breakfast and snack time as healthy and flavorful as possible!
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup plain kefir
1/2 cup @superfruitpuree
Blend frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, kefir, and Wild Blueberry Superfruit PURÉe until thick and smooth. If too thick add more kefir. If too thin add more berries.
Divide smoothie between two bowls and top with whatever superfoods you like! She used raw unsalted sunflower seeds, raw unsalted pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and large flake toasted coconut.
