Wild Blueberry Milkshake

We might have to hire Chef Dany Duguay as our personal chef after this next recipe. These milkshakes are T-A-S-T-Y. A simple sweet treat, these shakes are loaded with antioxidants, and the milk adds some delicious protein to the mix. The basic recipe uses white sugar, but feel free to substitute as you see fit. Ice cream or sorbet can replace both sugar and the ice cubes if you’d like. You can also try substituting sugar for honey.

Milkshakes and blended foods are a great way to get kids interested in the kitchen. There are no wrong answers either, so try a bunch of different combinations!

serves 2 

Ingredients: 

16 ice cubes 

1 cup milk 

2/3rd cup Superfruit Purée 

1/4 cup white sugar 

2 tsps vanilla 

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium speed or smoothie setting until everything is fully combined. Serve immediately!
